Soho
One of the great benefits with a DVCS is the excellent possibilities for offline work, so I wrote a code review sitting in the train this morning using a repository on my laptop. However, I cannot find anyway to replicate my review to the main repository. Is there a way to do this?
Soho
I rest my case. Replication actually did synchronize the code review. I replicated the wrong branch. This makes me wish there was a replicate all branches feature. It is hard to track which branches need replication. A really really nice feature that I miss in the plastic GUI is view auto-updating. Someone in my team very often gets confused because the views have not been refreshed.
psantosl
Hi Soho, Yes, code reviews get replicated together with branches. So, you were working on a code review while offline today? Great! It would be huge for the community if you could write a blog post about it... you know, sharing the experience About synchronizing and checking all changes that need replica and so on... check what we're cooking for 4.0: I think we just read your mind pablo
