USING THE JET.CONF FILE
using this method seems to create Repository, I can create Workspace.
though the specified location in jet.conf is never filled with any files, even though I am doing commits on workspace with many files.
Same goes for original: C:\Program Files\PlasticSCM5\server\jet (no new Rep_X folders)

Just wanted to make sure: is this then working correctly ?
previously before change new Rep_X folders were created and filled fith some files

now I cannot practicly do anything in plastic -.- constant trying to reconnect
"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:8084"

Hi !
1. I want to create local Repository on my hard drive in custom folder location
but PSCM doesn't allow me to choose location. 

So I tried already:
- https://plasticscmsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008263854-How-to-move-the-Plastic-SCM-server-to-a-new-machine
doesnt work as I can not access webadmin from any "port link"
- below topic doesnt work - followed steps twice,  got same errors as he

- copying jet folder to new location, and fiddling with various config files doesnt work

this doesnt work either, "Cannot connect to the PSCM server..."

Please help
