  3. Connection Refused error on Ubuntu

    Hello,

    I just install Plastic scm from the official website on Ubuntu 18.04. When I launch it and create the first new repository "repo_zero" on local, I get the "Connection refused" error. I'm new to linux and plastic and not able to figure out the reason. Can you help me?

    By the way, I'm using the proxy at 127.0.0.1:7890.
