Hi all,

I'm an indie dev, there's mostly just me, but I want to be able to easily collaborate with people using plastic. I'm not even sure if I need to use encryption I don't want my project to be unsecured on any sort of cloud drive so I guess I gotta. I was directed to this old post by someone describing how to make the password but it's still confusing me - How to setup encrypted server

So do I have to make the cryptedservers.conf file? And that contains the key file? And then the key file is just a txt with two stings?

I have no idea what I'm doing but I can't really move ahead until I figure it out so I'd love it if someone could help me get this thing going.

Hi there,

I just set up my first test project and I’m running into the same problem. 
just wondering on a Mac is there a way to create those files through keychain or something? Also I’m not sure where they’d go.

It seems, a bit worrying that I can’t get past this first step  . I thought encrypting would be the way to go? Could someone point me in the right direction there?
