I have fixed the issue. I needed to use the cloud repository as my source repo for some reason.. I have Jira integration working now.

Could someone assist me with this. I cannot get Plastic Cloud to sync with Jira Cloud issues. I see in Jira where Plastic was able to authenticate using the api key... but no task is displayed inside Plastic. I've followed the tutorial on the website but I may be overlooking something.
