  1. Hi all - in order to move changes to another branch we regularly use the shelve feature. (THe updated shelf workflow is great by the way, thank you!) However, in PlasticX, the "Shelves" tab isn't implemented.
  2. We use triggers and external tools for frequent operations (enforcing merge structures, pre/post-update required tasks, etc.). It would be great in the new client if the output from triggers and external tools could be captured by plastic somewhere visible in-client (like the log window in p4v).
  3. Hi guys In the old client, hovering over a branch or changeset in the branch explorer will show some information - e.g. the branch name, cs number, and the description or comment. In the new client this doesn't do anything!
  4. Hi guys In the "pending changes" the checkin comment box doesn't behave the same as the old client. Clicking on some text, and holding shift and clicking elsewhere no longer selects the range between the two cursor positions. This behaviour exists in the "old" client.
  5. Thanks Carlos, What's the process for getting specific file types that are standardised added to the client defaults? Surely we're not the only people using both plastic and makefiles!
  6. I noticed that files called Makefile (on windows at least) are considered binary by default in plastic. I've manually added them to my filetypes.conf file with Makefile:txt makefile:txt but unfortunately this doesn't apply to other users in my workspace. These have been default names for at least 15 years. Could they be added to plastic's list of default file types to be considered as text?
