Was able to get this to work by deleting and 'recloning' the workspace

It actually seems to work on specific files if I check them out and check them back in, however it doesn't seem to work when I try to update the workspace to make all the files read only

Hi, I am trying to enable get the checkout-modify-checkin methodology to work with my team but I cannot get plastic to mark any files as readonly. Whether I enable Update and Checkin operations set files as read-only or I create a readonly.conf, nothing seems to work. Is there a step I am missing? Thanks
