When I use “cm li”, I see 14 active users, so the count matches. I don’t see any users through cm li that don’t have “ACTIVE” or “INACTIVE”, but I’ve also know there’s other users that have read-only access to our Plastic server (including me) that don’t appear on that list at all.

Hi! I'm trying to create a new repository in Plastic and keep running into the "Maximum number of licenses exceeded" error. However, when I run "cm li" it shows that there are 14 available licenses. I have access enough to the server to be able to download old repositories, but need to be able to make new ones to be able to work with the rest of my team. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client side of Plastic and even deactivating a user who no longer needs a licenses, but still run in to the same error.
