[SOLVED]Stuck in a branch. I cant switch. Warning error : "This file is detected as binary. No diffs are calculated; the file metadata is displayed instead...."

I'm trying to switch from one branch to another, but I keep getting the following error.

"This file is detected as binary. No diffs are calculated; the file metadata is displayed instead. You can right click it and use "Diff" to launch an external diff viewer (must be configured). Check the online doc for more info."

I dont know how to either push these files or ignore them. For some of them it even says the files are identical, so I'm not sure why it wont let me just push them like I managed to push all the other files a few mins ago.

I also dont have any diffs tools (I'm a new subscriber and new to Plastic version control) even if I did have tool. If I did have one, would I look at the diff and then change them manually?

Are there any helpful steps I can take to get past this and understand why its happenening in the first place?

Thank you

So I managed to solve the issue.
Turns out the problem was caused by me checking the "update operation ... timestamps".

To fix this I also checked "Check content....changed".

That allowed me to then checkin all changes.

See screenshot.

Hope that helps someone else.
