Cannot update workspace due to an encryption issue

Setting up Gluon on a new computer, and we keep running into the same issue.
Pressing "Update Workspace" spits out an Update results window listing every file in the repository, each reading the exact same writeup;
          "The encryption key "###" for server "ourServerCloudName" cannot be read. For more information check the server log."
This issue remains despite several reinstalls.

Has anyone else run into an issue like this? Is there a passkey we need to enter somewhere? Can't find any documentation that goes over encrypted server keys.
