how to get servers Ip in port for new profile connection

Hello I am very new to plastic scm and I am part of a organization and got recently invited to another organization but with a different account so I kinda need help if im doing it correctly cause what I read is that you can just add a profile connection with the said credentials and just use the server port and ip the problem is im not sure how to set up nor get the said information
