Having trouble getting Plastic Set up on Jenkins

 

This is the output from the Jenkins build:

I have set up the cryptedservers correctly file on server.

 

 

 

This is my config:

When I run the command directly on the server this what I see:

The project folder structure is pulled but none of the files are.
