Plastic Cloud on Jenkins

Having trouble getting Plastic Set up on Jenkins

I have set up the cryptedservers correctly file on server.

When I run the command directly on the server this what I see:

The project folder structure is pulled but none of the files are.

Think I found my problem, I put the cryptedservers.conf file in the program files.
It needs to be in  "C:\Users\\AppData\Local\plastic4"
