Alejandro.S
Hello to everyone! I would like to know if it is possible to integrate Jira with a Plastic cloud server and solve some doubts about it. I have found the Jira and PlasticSCM integration guide in the official documentation (https://docs.plasticscm.com/extensions/plastic-scm-version-control-task-and-issue-tracking-guide#Jiraintegration), but nothing related to the case of having a cloud server. Am I confusing concepts and a PlasticSCM server and a PlasticSCM cloud server are the same? If there is no "official" way, is there any third party plugin or any way to track branches with Jira and Plastic? Thank you very much for your time! blue
Hi @Alejandro.S, Plastic SCM Cloud is supporting Jira Cloud. Please note the information below: Important for Jira Cloud users In Jira Cloud, the "Accept remote API calls" option comes enabled by default. So if you are a Jira Cloud user, you can skip this step. Important for Jira Cloud users If you use Jira Cloud, the User name must be the email address of the account, and the Password must be an API token. You can find out how to generate API tokens for your Atlassian Cloud account in their official documentation.
