what is the exact version(s) of RHEL and the version of Plastic SCM you are using?

what the command did you execute? and from where? do you have Gnome/KDE Desktop GUI installed?

if you want to configure the server from the CLI, invoke

clconfigureserver

For the meanwhile could you try with the 32bit installer?
