External Diff Tool - Not working

I've configured Plastic SCM (4.0.239.19) to use an external diff tool per your blog post (http://codicesoftware.blogspot.com/2011/05/setting-up-plastic-scm-with-external.html). A screen shot it attached. It is at the top of the list for .TXT files. However when doing a diff on .TXT files in a changeset, the internal diff tool is still used.

It does come up when doing a diff from individual files in the Items View. Doesn't seem to be any way to open it from the ChangeSet diff view though.

Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks.

Note:

I'm using Beyond Compare (Scooter Software rocks this space - since Win 3.1). Users should note that quotes around the file path and parameters will make everything work much better. My command line is:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Beyond Compare 3\BCompare.exe" "@sourcefile" "@destinationfile"

Without the quotes, you'll have issues with paths that contain spaces.
