Can you unmatch an automatically detected move so it becomes a delete and add.

We keep having an issue where deleted files are being identified as moved files when in reality they should be deleted and the files that were identified as the destination of the move should be new added files.

I'v read that you can manually search for matches when you have new files so that you can match them up with deletes, what I need is a way of doing the opposite, hopefully right clicking on a moved object in the pending changes and selecting 'Split into delta and add' or something simillar.

I don't know of any way that you can. The ability to do it for added or deleted files is by using the "Search Matches..." option you see when you right-click on a menu item in the pending changes view. It's only enabled for added or deleted files. I tried to look for a way you could alter the default confidence percentage for finding matches, but I couldn't find anything in the configuration files.

You've to options:

1) You can always select the % of similarity used to detect the move

2) Go to options (pending changes view) and un-select "show manually renamed/moved items"
