Hi,

Could you enable the Plastic the client log?

Please, edit the output path a location with write permissions:

eg:

...

    <appender name="RollingLogFileAppender" type="log4net.Appender.RollingFileAppender">
        <file value="c:\Users\dojichan\Desktop\plastic" />
        <staticLogFileName value="false"/>

...

Is it happening after an upgrade? Is it a Windows Plastic client new installation? What is the Plastic version?

Hi again,

While we still dont'have the log (and the other requested information) to debug the issue in detail, let me share a workaround with you in case the problem is client configuration related:

1. Move the "C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\plastic4\" folder to "C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\plastic4_backup".

2. Reconfigure the Plastic client. You can run "plastic --configure" in a console.

3. Re-open the GUI and check if you still face any error.
