psantosl
Hola! Uhm, this one looks like a weird one since W7 is a very well tested platform for Plastic. Ok, let's check what can be wrong, I'll show you how to perform some diagnostics, ok? 1- Go to the command line, to the plastic server's directory 2- Edit the loader.log.conf file. At the end of the file you'll see a line like <appender-ref ref="FileAppender" /> Change it by <appender-ref ref="ConsoleAppender" /> 3- Let's now start up the plastic server from the command line (from the cli): plasticd --console 4- Send me the output... Thanks, pablo

psantosl
Ok, let's try something else. I'll need more log. Edit the last part of your loader.log.conf file to look like: <root> <level value="ERROR" /> <appender-ref ref="ConsoleAppender" /> </root> Run again plasticd --console and send me the output. psantosl
Hi, Can you try to copy again the license file (the CE one) into your server directory? It seems is broken. If it doesn't work, please send an email to support@codicesoftware.com and put me in CC (psantosl at codicesoftware.com) and we'll contact you ASAP.
