Caligari
I've started Distributed, but I feel that I might want to switch to Centralized in some situations. Is that possible? I can't see how I would change what I'm using on my machine... Any advice welcome! Take care, Caligari
calbzam
Hi, To work centralized, you will need to point directly to the remote cloud server. If you already have your org credentials configured, you need to go to the repositories view, right-click the repo you want to work centralized, and click Create workspace for this repository:Then select the repo, name the workspace, and set the path on disk:Those steps are enough to start working centralized. Note that you can have two independenet workspaces. One workspace for working centralized (pointing to the cloud repo) and another workspace for working distributed (pointing to the local repo). This is the official guide that you can follow: https://www.plasticscm.com/documentation/cloud-edition/plastic-scm-version-control-cloud-edition-guide#WorkcentralizedwithPlastic Regards, Carlos. Caligari
Awesome, thanks! I hadn't thought that it must be a separate workspace, which now you mention it seems obvious. Take care, Caligari
