Mira
I have been attempting to check in files using Plastic SCM and have been faced with many errors. The first error I ran into is the first image, which I resolved by adding a "<FIPSCompliant>true</FIPSCompliant>" line to the server.conf file and the client.conf file in Plastic's program data. After this, I ran into the error in the second image, which I have not yet been able to resolve. I have tried relogging, checking credentials, updating Plastic, creating a new repository, changing some firewall permissions for Plastic, and trying different files to checkin, but nothing has worked. Any advice?
Rafael
Hi, Are you using plastic cloud or enterprise? Are you using an Azure or AWS instance for the installation? I think it would be better if you your reach out to us to the email support@codicesoftware.com and attache the logs located in the hidden folder Users/youruser/.plastic4/logs (Mac) or Users/youruser/appdata/local/plastic4/logs (windows). We can follow the problem from there. Regards, Rafael Unity Plastic SCM SupportVirtualize your Workspace. Make it dynamic.
