Can I use plastic scm local free server with another member?

So I'm using local server with Plastic SCM free edition. My project is already like 4.16gb. Can I add another member/friend to have access to my local server using Plastic SCM? also since I'm using local server.. would it be problem if I go past the 5gb cloud threshold?

Every client installation comes with its own local server, but this local server can only be accessed by the local client, meaning you will not be able to add colleagues to this server. The Cloud thresholds do not apply to your local server.
