carpediemevive
I have a couple of contractors who want to use our local Plastic installation to manage the code they work on. This was code they managed themselves completely autonomously before, but now will be brought into our environment here. I'm using an Active Directory authentication scheme currently which is proving to be an issue with the contractors, since their PCs are not domain PCs. Can anyone give me any guidance on a 'best practice' type of approach on how to set it up so Plastic is useful for all of us? I'm having a total brain block, and would love some pointers from any experts out there to avoid me doing things the wrong way.
psantosl
You can still use AD, but they've two options: Use UP and push/pull using the translation modes Use LDAP mode to connect to the AD server (no need to be on the domain).
