The issue is resolved. It seems like the rider plugin defaults to the solution director as the plastic folder. In our case this caused an issue because we have ../plasticFolder/projectFolder It would be great if the plugin could give more meaningful error messages.

Can anyone provide any help?

Hi team, I am using plastic enterprise and Rider 2021.3.3. I seem to have the plastic plugin but when I try to enable it I get the Cannot Connect error. None of the plastic functionality seems to work. Can you please help me understand what is going wrong. Various screenshots attached.
