jim11
Hi, I found out that multiple projects are possible with Jira and Plastic SCM integration. link: http://www.plasticsc...ndpost__p__1772 In Plastic SCM-->Preferences--Issue tracking Set Project key value to: MULTIPLE_PROJECTS see screen dump. Question: can you please explain further on how to write the Branch Name: SCM??? how to tell one project task from the other project task eg. If i have 2 Projects in Jira : 1) Project Name: PRJA Key: PRJA-1 2) Project Name: PRJB Key: PRJB-1 how to create a Branch name for both? thanks. manu
Hi Jim, you can use a branch like the following: "/main/PRJA-1-1234" But I think that your "-1" is going to break the thing as Plastic is expecting "XXXX-TaskId", is the "-1" an example? jim11
oh, the Project key is PRJA and the issue key is PRJA-1, sorry for the mix up. Anyway i manage to get it to work using SCMPRJA-1 and SCMPRJB-1. (without the '/main')
manu
I'm not 100% sure, but I think you need to remove the "SCM" prefix. Try it and tell us if it works!
