SKRM Posted August 30, 2012 Report Share Posted August 30, 2012 I've searched into the documentation and found no answer, so here is my question : Is it possible to administrate the PlasticSCM server retomely from another machine. Like I've a screenless server in a secure room, I've no RDP or whatever to connect with GUI mode --> Can I use the PlasticSCM server admin tool (user/group management) to maintain the server remotely from my local machine ? anuar Posted August 31, 2012 Report Share Posted August 31, 2012 Hi SKRM, It is possible to administrate a Plastic server remotely, but not by using the GUI tools. - For basic server configuration you can use the Command Line Configure Server Tool: · clconfigureserver.exe file under the server installation directory. - For the user management you have the "umtool" command: · umtool.exe under server installation directory.
