alian Posted September 6, 2012 Report Share Posted September 6, 2012 In Perforce, and some other SCM tools, you could individually "branch" a file into a new file location. Really, it amounts to copying an existing element and renaming - thus keeping the inheritance information for the previous file and being able to track the history. The use case I'm considering is re-factoring where you split a source file into multiple source files. Does such a feature exist in Plastic?
