I just started getting this error with 4.1.10.357, it appears to happen when I delete a specific folder in visual studio 2012 (with the VS plugin installed). I deleted this folder, and started getting this error; I couldn't figure out what the problem was and in the pending changes view there was nothing listed (I get the error when trying to refresh the pending changes). If I delete the .plastic/plastic.wktree file, then the error goes away but none of the files appear to belong to the workspace anymore.

So I blew away the repo and recreated it, went ahead with the merge I was working on, and started making the same fixes. I deleted this folder (again), and instantly got that error message. So I'm assuming they are somehow related.

I don't really want to do all this work for a third time, so I'm hoping manu has some idea! :D
