louisvantonder Posted February 4, 2013 Report Share Posted February 4, 2013 Hi Guys. Running into a problem, where plastic scm cant access the database files. Been running an older version 4 for quite some time now, and this suddenly started to occur. It seems some repo's did work, others not... Nothign changed (that I am aware off). I installed a fresh new version fo 4, it upgraded everything, and now I am at least getting an error that is saying something.. previously I just got a "no responce from server" error. I am now getting: Plastic SCM server wasn;t able to open a conenction to the database. Furhter it reads: Error: Access to databae file is not allowed. And it details the repositories.plastic.sdf file. It seems like tehre might be some corrupt user permissions in security settings (unknown account).. but I cant seem to apply security that it likes... Any ideas? manu Posted February 5, 2013 Report Share Posted February 5, 2013 Hi, check the server log (plastic.server.log) it will (hopefully) give us more info.
