astenios
I've recently updated to 4.2.29.402 version to test the scenario plastic @work -> bitbucket -> plastic @home. It works fine and resolve my problem syncing througth a VPN. But with the new version something very fast in 4.1, pull the changes from the remote server to my local server in sync view, takes a lot of time, about 20 minutes for less than 10 changesets. I've monitored the servers and the plastics service is using all the CPU during this process and also consumes a lot of memory. Maybe I've to tune something at the configuration? manu
I'm sorry but I'm not in the office the rest of the week. Let's do the following, enable the plastic scm client log: http://www.plasticscm.com/infocenter/technical-articles/kb-enabling-logging-for-plastic-scm-part-i.aspx And send them to us. Please also attach the server log. It's called plastic.server.log and you will find it in the Plastic SCM server directory. We'll try to identify the issue. astenios
Seems to I've solved the problem. We use a sqlite db to test and it seems to be blocked many times. After migrate it to a mysql db all works fine again
manu
Aha!!!! hehehehe yes the sqlite is nice for only one client, for pull or push operation in a distributed environment is not the best player
