Gav Posted April 15, 2013 Report Share Posted April 15, 2013 We have been using Plastic SCM for a couple of months but it suddenly started giving the error above and I can not get around it. I've seen suggestions to use LDAP but I still get the same error. I changed to using Plastic based username/password but I'm having problems with that too. I can log in but getting errors saying I don't have permission for operation view. When I first starting getting the error I restarted the server and the service wouldn't run anymore, errors about the listening port being in use (even though it wasn't) I uninstalled and re-installed the latest version: cm version 4.1.10.426 I can start the service now but still getting the unknown user error.
