Johan Ung Posted July 11, 2017 Report Share Posted July 11, 2017 Hi, I have gotten LDAP Authentication to work but noticed some error spammning in my servers' log file (/opt/plasticscm5/server/plastic.errors.log.txt) 2017-07-11 16:37:10,401 S-1-5-21-3481943622-1029853608-2988670127-1160 [COMPUTER] ERROR LdapProvider - Error: Referral^M. Code:10. Server message:''. Root error:''. I have attached the debug log file as well if that might be of any help. Have not noticed any authentication problems due to the error. manu Posted July 11, 2017 Report Share Posted July 11, 2017 Hello Johan, unfortunately, the log file is not giving us more details other than: LdapProvider - GetGroups ldap filter: (&(objectClass=group)(member=CN=Johan Ung,CN=Users,DC=corp,DC=tenstar,DC=se)) LdapProvider - Error: Referral . Code:10. Server message:''. Root error:''. So it would be interesting to check the LDAP server log and search for this query: (&(objectClass=group)(member=CN=Johan Ung,CN=Users,DC=corp,DC=tenstar,DC=se)) Maybe we can get more info from there.
