He has a valid email address and has clicked on the invitation mail. However, after installing plastic scm desktop app on his computer and starting it, when he gets to window with credentials verification a puts down his credentials, the system outputs it doesn't recognize him. I tried using credentials of other users and they all get recognized as members of our organisation, so it's only him. Did I miss a step somewhere along the way or?
