tool_h3 Posted April 13, 2014 Report Share Posted April 13, 2014 I was testing my PlasticSCM backup process and ran into this error (in plastic.server.log) after I restored my database: "FATAL SecurityManager.License.LicenseManager - Can't recover usage information". I am using a MySql as my backend. I used the backup process from MySqlAdmin to create my backup file and restore. There were no mysql errors during backup or restore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Plastic but I am still getting the error. Does LicenseManager hit one of the database tables and my backup process didn't back it up correctly? Any suggestions? manu Posted April 28, 2014 Report Share Posted April 28, 2014 Hi, seems the Plasticd server is complaining about the license and usage, maybe a license file has been overwritten by the backup and now it complains...
