Trying to Change Path Permission throws Xlink error

Hi there,

As titles says, I want to create a set of permissions for our Artists group, so that they can read a specific folder, but not update it on server side. However, when I go to add the path from the cloud tab and right click the repo, it says that it's under and xlink connection, despite myself not touching anything related to this. It then says I need to go to the local repo instead, but I can't restrict a group in this  way, as it only gives the people on the local server (in this case, just me because it's my machine).

Could you attach some screenshots of the panels you are opening and the error message you are getting? I want to be sure I understand the process your following
