My team just got a new member, but we can't get plastic to work for him (vague error messages when he tries to pull). He was added to the team, and downloaded and installed Plastic cloud edition. I think everything went wrong when he was asked for the password to generate the encryption key. He was a bit hasty and used his own password instead of the one the rest of us is using. I don't think he got any errors, but no key or cryptedservers.conf was created. We've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, and even using my key and conf files, but he doesn't get the prompt again. I found an old screenshot of the encryption configuration prompt, and notice it says that I have to edit cryptedservers.conf on my server if the password is entered incorrectly. How/where/what do I do? ^^; (We're on windows using Cloud Edition) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
