narthur157
Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to setup the Jenkins Plastic plugin with cloud edition. I need to run `clconfigureclient` presumably, but I don't know what host and port I should put in.
calbzam
Hi, In your client machine, just install a regular Plastic client (not a cloud edition installation). The Jenkins plugin uses this client to perform the Plastic operations. You need to configure the client to point to "Organization@cloud" (instead of SERVER:port). Also please manually copy the "C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\plastic4\client.conf" to the client binaries installation path. This way, if your Jenkins server is running with a different user, it still uses the same Plastic client configuration. Regards, Carlos.
Evgeny
Run into the same problem. It works, but you need to change permissions on client.conf, or Plastic would not have permission to access this file.
