Plastic Service cannot be started.

Hi there. we have recently upgraded our plastic server version to latest 9.

Now the plastic service cannot be started.

I also want to know if rolling back a server version is as easy as installing an older version?

It seems just installing the previous version of the server was sufficient to rollback. This is no longer a urgent issue, I will look at this in the new year.

Which OS is this server on?

Can you reach us out at support@codicesoftware.com with the server "plastic.debug.log.txt" file?

I guess the license is valid for version 9, right?
