Me and my colleague receive the following error message: Failed to resolve the cloud server for organization xxxx. Invalid username or password. calbzam Posted May 26, 2021 Report Share Posted May 26, 2021 Hi, Could you drive to the Preferences --> Connection Profile, and create a connection profile pointing to the cloud organization (with login via SSO). And removing the LDAP doesn't solve the issue we have. We try to connect with the Data center in Europe.
