First Setup: Sync Repository issue

Hi there,

we just installed Plastic SCM. We have issues to sync the repository.
Me and my colleague receive the following error message: Failed to resolve the cloud server for organization xxxx. Invalid username or password.

We used the correct username (email address) and password.

How can we solve this issue?

Hi,

Could you drive to the Preferences --> Connection Profile, and create a connection profile pointing to the cloud organization (with login via SSO). It's important you to connect in the profile via SSO (single sign-on). Please let us know if it helps.
