File links does not work with space (%20) character.

I suspect that html escaped characters cause issues with this feature.

Thank you for your feedback.

I have been unable to reproduce your issue. I have created fresh new workspaces within my local server using " " and "%20" respectively (namely "Test Space" and "Test%20Space"). 

Both workspaces were created correctly, no message at all and I also created a Test.txt file with some dummy text in it, checked the file in and everything was working smooth.

Could you kindly send some more details on the issue you are experiencing or how to exactly reproduce it step-by-step so we can take a close look at it?
