cannot retrieve license information from the plastic scm server

I'm having the same issue. I didn't change my password though.

The service decided to turn itself off. I ended the Plastic processes, restarted the services, and then reloaded Plastic SCM.

Now, I can not retrieve license info from the Plastic SCM server? 

I tried rebooting my PC, but it didn't help.

Hi,

This error message appears when the client is trying to connect to a server that is not reachable.

Have you installed Plastic Cloud edition over a previous Enterpise installation?

What is the local server port where it's listening? Are you able to list the local repos?
