calbzam
Hi, If you drive to the Windows Services panel, can you start the "Plastic SCM Server" service? Regards, Carlos.
charles0003
Hi @calbzam, thanks for replying. I checked that and the status for "Plastic SCM Server" is in running state already. Also, when I try change the name/port in the Plastic SCM preferences, I will get "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

Wyldhunt
I'm having the same issue. I didn't change my password though. The service decided to turn itself off. I ended the Plastic processes, restarted the services, and then reloaded Plastic SCM. Now, I can not retrieve license info from the Plastic SCM server? I tried rebooting my PC, but it didn't help. calbzam
Hi, This error message appears when the client is trying to connect to a server that is not reachable. Have you installed Plastic Cloud edition over a previous Enterpise installation? What is the local server port where it's listening? Are you able to list the local repos? Regards, Carlos. Wyldhunt
It is a default installation. Default port. I can still see my local server when I scan for it. It was working fine for about a week before it began giving me this message.
calbzam
Restarting the GUI doesn't help? Do you have any connection profile in the Plastic GUI --> Preferences -- > Connection profile? How is this message affecting you? Regards, Carlos.
