The_Alpha_2002 Posted January 5, 2022 Report Share Posted January 5, 2022 Dear Plastic SCM The credit card I used for my payment method was empty and I wasn't aware of that, my cloud edition subscription now is disabled due to that, I've refilled the credit card and I'd like to renew the subscription, how do to so?, or is it automatic?? because there is no "Pay" button on the subscription. I can see that yopu have 4 active cloud subscriptiopns and 4 cancelled subscriptions. Why so many? I can see that the reason for the last cancelled subscription is Your card has insufficient funds. You can re-enable the subscription paying the pending invoice from your user account at www.plasticscm.com --> Subscriptions.
