URGENT, need to recover cloud repo that I accidently deleted.

I am in the situation where I have accidently deleted a few repos in the cloud thinking it was on my machine. I need to contact someone ASAP to see what I can do to recover them. I read in a previous post that I have a week.

Let me know what next steps I can take. Currently its 8:00 p, in New Zealand how soon can I expect to get into contact with someone.

Hi,

You need to set your user as the server owner.

Plastic GUI --> Repositories list --> right-click a repo --> Repository server permissions --> Owner.

Once you are the server owner, in the Plastic GUI --> Repositories list, you will be able to undelete the repos.
