Getting an error about permission, despite having one

I receive this error then trying to update the workspace both in unity and plastic SCM launcher. The person gave me the permission to change things, but the error still appears. We've tried to resigning into account, restarting the pc on my part and kicking me out of project and inviting back in. What the solution to this problem?

A possible workaround to this is the following:
- Shelve the pending changes.
- Undo the changes in the workspace and update it to the head of the branch.
- Apply the shelve and check-in the changes.
