hlx
Hello All, I would like to give you some feelings and ideas about the client 's PSCM UI in oder to improve it : 1 - Be able to manage workspaces with tabs is a good solution BUT the "sub-tabs" that reflects Main actions, Stats, and other actions (left panel) should be freely arranged. They sould be easily dockabled inside the central area, beside left panel (actions) and right panel (options) This way, the user could see the content of a changeset while he is selecting this one in the branch explorer for instance 2 - The right panel UI should let the user to choose what menu he decides to display or not. He should have to scroll these sub panels if the data to display is too long 3 - relayout/visibilty features should be more "manual" and easier with a contextual special sub menu that appears when working in the branch explorer area 4 - What about merging changeset actions that could be manually drawed (the current merge command should be conserved anyway) ? Of course, the user should have a preview of the incoming diagram before commiting his action 5 - Be able to view other sub-tabs or workspace while checking in...(multitheading issue ?) Maybe, I should post later a screnshot of UI mockup... Best regards, hlx
