Tutorial is incomplete / wrong

I'm trying to do the tutorial at http://plasticscm.com/documentation/labs/main.shtml#Createarepository on Windows. 

First problem is, it doesn't tell me how to get the GUI loaded.  I *think* it's the "PlasticSCM" application in the Start menu?

Second problem is, when I start the application, it requires me to choose a workspace.

I DO NOT HAVE A WORKSPACE, I NEED TO CREATE A REPOSITORY FIRST!?!?!

yes, you need to click the Windows start button:

 

 

Then go to "Plastic SCM" and you will find the GUI executable called "Plastic SCM".

 

 

If you don't find the "Plastic SCM" section you may need to click in the "All programs" button:

Indeed, the first time you start Plastic you don't have a workspace yet, you need to create one workspace. Here you have how:

You don't need to create a new repository, you can but it's not mandatory, because the default (called "default") repository should be already created by the Plastic SCM server.
