jrezucha Posted March 18, 2016 Report Share Posted March 18, 2016 Received an extended 30 day license, followed the install procedures from chapter 15: autorenewal, Receiving an error cannot retrieve license information from the plastic scm server. researched that stopped services, etc.. still receive same error, rebooted pc, still receive same error. plastic config tool says trial license 5 users, 30 days remaining.... any suggestions? manu Posted March 21, 2016 Report Share Posted March 21, 2016 Please review if your "client.conf" file (plastic --configure) is targeting the server where you have recently changed the license.
