Duplicate users on local server; no admin rights

I've tried to edit group and user conf files to make myself Admin.  I've tried cm du and cm au, but it tells me I'm not an Admin.

did you migrate your server authentication mode? I think you are having "Vince" triplicated and the system gets the first one that is inactive.

 

I have created a temporal license for you to enable an extra user and try to get the issue solved or at least keep you working one week. I'm afraid that for completely fixing the issue we'll need to edit the database to set the duplicated "Vince" users to INACTIVE. We'll be available for a GoToMeeting connection if you want us to help you.

 

You'll get your license from www.plasticscm.com, using the "mawxyz@xxyy12.com" account which I think it's the domain where your "1-user" license is coming from.

 Thanks, but I ended up uninstalling MySQL and nuking the database.  This seemed to be the only workaround.

Oooooh there was a way to get it fixed without nuking the databases :S

 

Just changing a couple of fields of the database.

 

It this happens to someone else we can help to prevent the database nuke option.
