nikhilhs
Is there an easy way to convert my visual studio projects from Plastic 3 to Plastic 4? Right now, I've been manually editing the csproj files, stripping out the scm binding info, and then rebinding them.
manu
Hello nikhilhs, the PlasticSCM Visual Studio Package binding sholuld be compatible between PlasticSCM 3.0 and PlasticSCM 4.0. But if you find some troubles the easy way is unbind the projects and bind them again, but using the Plugin... you don't need to edit the csproj files. nikhilhs
Once I switched to Plastic 4, visual studio 2010 won't even load the projects until I strip out the bindings.
manu
Ok, So I think the best solution is remove the bindings before the migration and re-bind them again after it.... Sticky.... We have to improve this thing. Sorry for the inconveniences....
