Rami
Hi, I've just imported from SCM3 to SCM4 (239.16) I looked at the history of a particular item and the comments and label columns where empty while they had values when using SCM3 Looking at the changeset I did see them so I guess the code that pulls the comment\label from the changeset is not called in the item history view which looks like a bug
manu
Hi Rami, we have to remove that column Give a try to the new feature "View history as 2D revision tree"!!! Just right click on a element and choose the new option
carpediemevive
I kind of wish you wouldn't remove the column. Having that feature in there would be really awesome. It's possible in most circumstance that the "annotate" view will be adequate to get the information we need, but having the comment show up there can be a quicker way into it. Plus it makes comments even more relevant and useful in enforcing "good" comment on commit practice.
Rami
Actually, it's much more convenient for me to have the comments and labels of all of the history visible together In the new 2D history view, I can only view details of one item at a time so I have to manually select each item until I zero in on the revision I'm looking for
manu
Ok guys you win! We will implement the comments & labels support on the history view
Rami
That was easy J While you're at it, how about the ability to zoom the annotate view and more generally, being able to set default font size ?
manu
Hi Rami, ok, but please insert the new ideas into the UserVoice system (http://plasticscm.uservoice.com/) and feel free to vote the requests you find interesting.
manu
The comments and labels support I count it as "bug/issue" since it's working on 3.0 and it should be working in 4.0.
