CodingGorilla Posted April 17, 2012 Report Share Posted April 17, 2012 I get the following error whenever I try to install 4.0.239.24 over my existing installation. I get this on both my home PC as well as my work PC, but uninstalling 4.0.239.23 manually and reinstalling the newer version works just fine (this error comes from the uninstaller launched by the 4.0.239.24 installer). CodingGorilla Posted April 17, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 17, 2012 I have UAC turned on, but my user is a member of the Administrators group; and the setup did prompt for elevation when it started up (so it should have been running with admin privileges).
